Foam safety pad are EPE, closed-cell foam covered with PVC fabric which will not absorb water, midew or lose shap. Trampoline springs are super high-strength chrome plated. All our elements for the trampolines are anti-crack, anti-fade, anti-toxic, anti-UV resistance.

2. Do you include any spare pads and springs with original shipment?

---Yes, spare pads and springs will be sent along with trampolines. And this shall be reflected in the production requirements listed before the production.

3. If I have my own ideas, could you help me design the trampoline park?

---Sure, we have professional designers to help you design the trampoline park according to your requirements and budget, and if you have the wanted plan, we also can help you manufacturer.

4. How is the process of trade going?

---(1) Confirm the trampoline park area size (it will be appreciated if you could provide the CAD drawing).
---(2)Confirm the trampoline park design (jumping mat size and color, trampolines games you want, etc).
---(3)Confirm the payment terms (T/T or Western Union).
---(4)Confirm the Invoice, do the payment, arrange the production and delivery, received goods.

 5. How about installation?

---There are two ways for installation, the first way is we send the detail installation instruction to you, and you install the park by yourself.  The second way is we send a guy to there to help you install.

6. How is the warranty?

---Our jumping mats imported from the USA, there will be 2 years warranty, the warranty of the foam pad and springs is also 2 years. And the warranty of our frame tube is 3 years. If you have any porblem during further use, just contact us for free, we will try our best to help you solve it.
